AGCO is currently seeking a Product Owner with Senior/Staff Embedded Software Design engineering experience to join the Connected Services team reporting out of Jackson, MN. The Product Owner will play a key role in leading development and documenting software solutions for AGCO. Additionally, the Product Owner will be doing this in a manner that ensures superior product performance, durability, reliability, quality, and serviceability to the worldwide marketplace. The Connected Services team is responsible for applications and services related to telemetry and IoT solutions for our Connected Machines. The exciting and expanding field is critical to the success of AGCO.        

Your Impact:  

  • Experience leveraging AI in Software Development Workflows with 8+ years' experience with embedded software development using C/C++ and OOP (Object-Oriented Programming)  

  • 3+ years of Senior/Staff level embedded software development and working on an AGILE software team.  

  • 5+ years' experience with embedded Linux application development  

  • 3+ years of systems engineering practices in requirements and architecture design and Team Lead and/or Project Lead experience  

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. 

Your Experience and Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in science or computer science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. 

  • 6+ years' experience with software development using C/C++  

  • 6+ years' experience working with OOP (Object-Oriented Programming). 

  • 3+ years' experience working on an AGILE software team. 

  • 3+ years' experience with Linux application development. 

Your Compensation:   

This position will pay within the range of $120k-$160k,based on experience.This position is eligible for a bonus based on15% of the compensation.
