About the Role As ATB's next Inside Sales Associate at ATB Investment Management Inc.

(ATBIM), you will serve as the primary office-based sales engine for a dedicated geographic territory. Under the direction of the Director, Fund Sales you will partner closely with the Senior Manager, Fund Sales, this role drives revenue growth and expands market share by establishing high-frequency contact, delivering quantitative investment analysis, and executing strategic sales campaigns related to ATBIM's suite of products. You will act as an integral ecosystem partner within ATB Wealth by delivering information about our products to financial advisors in all regions.

As a relationship manager and technical expert working with ATB Wealth Senior Financial Advisors (SFAs) and Financial Advisors (FAs). You will collaborate with various parties within ATBIM developing and delivering strategic communications specific to ATBIM's product shelf ensuring financial advisors are informed, engaged and have the tools they need to utilize ATBIM's products and strategies with their clients. Accountabilities Create and implement a business plan with Senior Manager, Fund Sales to connect with advisors.

Proactively manage territory sales pipelines by identifying advisors transitioning assets out of competitor funds and positioning firm solutions as superior alternatives. Cultivate high trust relationships with financial advisors. Schedule high-impact meetings for the External Wholesaler and conduct structured follow-ups after fund manager webcasts and roadshows.

Work in partnership with stakeholders to ensure effective change communications related to ATBIM's funds. Participate in sponsorship efforts working with event planners and other partners to ensure ATBIM projects the right image at events and elevate our brand. A key measurable will be increasing penetration of ATBIM's suite of products and achieving overall sales targets.

Understand all products ATBIM offers and educate the advisor community on ATBIM's competitive advantage by illustrating fee savings, risk-adjusted returns (Sharpe ratio, alpha), and asset allocation advantages. Position proprietary investment solutions in alignment with broader macroeconomic trends, including interest rate fluctuations, inflation hedging strategies, and tax-efficiencies. Plan, organize, and execute in-person and virtual presentation sessions.

Coordinate regional roadshows, and Regional team lunch-and-learn events to drive advisor engagement and product adoption. Maintain comprehensive data integrity, accurately recording advisor preferences, holdings, meeting notes, and sales interaction histories. Jointly manage territory strategies with the External Wholesaler to maximize gross sales and net asset inflows.

Skills, Experience & Requirements Distinctive Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field with 5+ years of related experience. Thorough knowledge of the investment industry (structure, products, trends), with particular emphasis on diversified investment portfolios primarily using managed products. A strong team player who is adept at building relationships and collaborating to achieve shared goals.

Ability to manage stakeholders and influence decisions. Demonstrated strength in B2B outbound phone sales, relationship building, and consultative selling within wealth management. Expertise in evaluating portfolio performance, risk-adjusted metrics (Sharpe ratio, alpha), and fund fee structures.

Hands-on experience leveraging investment analytics and fund comparison platforms such as Morningstar. Strong organizational skills to orchestrate virtual webinars, regional roadshows, and CE-accredited educational sessions. Discipline in using enterprise CRM software to track activity, pipeline metrics, and territory asset inflows.

Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills serving as a significant regional asset. Accreditation Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field with 5+ years of related experience. Investment sales/advisory experience or related education strongly preferred (CFA, CFP, CSC or CIM).
