JOB TITLE: Cardiac Device Admin Assistant
DEPARTMENT: Electrophysiology
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Provides diverse and advance assistance and support to Cardiac Rhythm and Device Specialist, Providers, Nurse Practitioners and other members of the clinical team. Completes specific projects and tasks assigned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  1. Assists with inventory and tracking patient devices.
  2. Assists with PaceArt and Home monitor database and patient records.
  3. Updates and maintains device schedules.
  4. Coordinates off-campus pacemaker/defibrillator and Loop recorder clinics.
  5. Provides patient and family education. Maintains timely flow of patients. Maintains and reviews patient records, charts, and other pertinent information.
  6. Participates in enrichment classes, maintains professional affiliations, and is a member of appropriate professional organizations.

PAY RANGE: $23-$28/hr to start (dependent upon experience and education)
