An Associate Degree in Arts (AA) is a two-year undergraduate degree that provides a broad foundation in the liberal arts and general education subjects. With an AA degree, graduates can pursue entry-level positions in fields such as administration, customer service, sales, and social services. Many students also use this degree as a stepping stone to transfer to a four-year college or university to complete a bachelor’s degree. The versatility of the AA degree allows graduates to explore a wide range of career paths or further education.
