Job Description:

HOW A PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Manages government property and assets in accordance with contract requirements, approved procedures, and government regulations
  • Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities.
  • Performs clerical and manual tasks to maintain an inventory of materials, parts, supplies and equipment
  • Receive, barcode, inventory and disposition assigned equipment
  • Update tracking/management database with asset information
  • Move equipment between facilities via pallet jack or pushcart
  • Maintain consumable stock levels - complete equipment reorders as required
  • Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance and/or repair activities
  • Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory, and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Hands-on logistics analyst and technician to be part of a team of logistics professionals focused on supporting the customer's mission at the largest site in the customer's enterprise
  • Ready for full days, fast pace, and a variety of skill sets used throughout the week
  • Perform the full spectrum of duties associated with shipping/receiving, inter-plant transfers, barcode assignments and database maintenance
  • Able to account for annual inventory of thousands of accountable items, working with security and government logistics managers for disposition
  • Assist other work centers to identify and satisfy their logistics requirements
  • Attention to detail and ability to track multiple logistics tasking through established and evolving policy a must.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and load equipment/material weighing up to 50 pounds, onto shelves, pallets, and box trucks for transport.Regularly required to stand, walk, and occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Must be able to access IT equipment in and around office furniture, as part of annual inventory is required.
  • Perform both manual labor associated with (among other duties) palletizing/de-palletizing equipment plus above average skills with office computers and applications.
  • Participates in special projects as required.

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $26.56 - $35.94. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
