About Team Our team partners closely with retail and e-commerce business units to deliver innovative technology solutions that improve customer experiences across digital and in-store channels. Key focus areas include customer experience, store operations, merchant tools, data science, and search and personalization. We are focused on building end-to-end customer experience, from finding the product to delivering it to the customer. This will span many markets, business models and form factors; therefore, we are looking for data scientists who will bring not only the experiences in technologies, but the curiosity and capability to innovate.   • Developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning techniques, particularly in personalization and recommendation systems for conversational agents.
  • Researching and building advanced algorithms utilizing deep learningreinforcement learningGenerative AI, and computer vision techniques.
  • Collaborating with tech leads on top-down or bottom-up initiatives and priorities
  • Develop data models and iteratively improve them based on new data insights
  • Design, architect data models. Iterate, challenge, and accelerate best practices in Personalization and Item Recommendations

What you'll bring:
  • Master's degree/PHD in Data science, Computer Science, or related fields with practical experience
  • Expertise in Machine Learning, Statistics, Generative AI, Personalization, and Item Recommendation algorithms
  • Experience in data science and building and evaluating large scale machine learning & deep learning models
  • Experience in deploying highly scalable Recommenders Systems, bonus domain - conversational agents
  • Curiosity in state-of-the-art techniques in recommendation related areas
