Sr Data Scientist
TITLE: Sr Data Scientist
EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC
LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)
DUTIES: Build and support Fiserv small business index and similar macroeconomics statistics to represent the US census small business sales growth/decline at geography and industry level using Fiserv small business merchants' information which represent the US census. Contribute to the Fiserv small business index methodology and script development using application of multiple statistical techniques to correlate Fiserv Small Business Index well with the known US government statistics including MRTS and Census. Identify the reason behind shift in the growth at geography/industry level. Build and support AI/ML/DL forecasting models for FSBI, CPI, MRTS, PCE and other macroeconomic KPIs using Fiserv and external data.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Research or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving statistical and machine learning modeling experience. Prior experience must include: 4 years building and maintaining indexes using Consumer, Merchant, Payment, Banking, and macroeconomic data; 4 years working with frameworks including PySpark, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Xgboost, DASK, and Ray; 4 years working with Python programming language; 4 years deploying, monitoring, and maintaining ML/DL model pipelines in a HPC platform using Spark, AWS EMR, MWAA, WMLA, Spectrum Conductor, Airflow, and MLFlow; 4 years formulating research or business problems and subsequently designing and implementing AI/ML/DL solutions; 2 years working with data platforms and applications including Azure ML, Databricks ML, and AWS SageMaker; and 2 years contributing to GitHub and open-source initiatives.
