The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, advanced machine learning techniques, and a proven track record of developing and implementing innovative data solutions. This role requires leadership skills to mentor junior data scientists and a deep understanding of cloud computing platforms and AI tools.Responsibilities:\* Advanced Machine Learning: Apply deep learning and natural language processing (NLP) techniques to develop sophisticated data models and algorithms.\* Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior data scientists, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.\* Cloud Computing: Utilize cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) to deploy and manage data science projects.\* Innovative Solutions: Develop and implement cutting-edge data solutions that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.\* AI Tools and Capabilities: Leverage AI tools and adhere to Responsible AI (RAI) policies to ensure ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.\* Metrics and Evaluation: Create metrics, measurements, and evaluation methods for both emerging and existing areas of AI to assess performance and impact.\* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.Qualifications:\* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.\* 5+ years of experience in data science, analysis, and modeling.\* Advanced machine learning techniques (deep learning, NLP).\* Ability to lead and mentor junior data scientists.\* Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure).\* Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative data solutions.\* Good knowledge of AI tools and capabilities, Responsible AI (RAI) policies, and development of metrics, measurements, and evaluation methods for emerging and existing areas of AI.\* Certifications:\* Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)\* Advanced certifications in specific machine learning domains (Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing)\* AWS Certified Machine Learning\* TS/SCI Clearance-What You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
