LOCATION

Dallas, TX | Onsite


COMPENSATION

• $30-$35.00 per hour


ROLE IMPACT

Support data-driven improvements to permitting, plan review, and land management services by analyzing complex operational and system data. This role develops reports, dashboards, and actionable insights that help leadership improve workflow performance, customer experience, transparency, and service delivery. The analyst also supports data validation, system testing, and continuous process improvement.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Query, validate, analyze, and interpret large datasets from Accela and other data sources to answer business questions and identify reporting gaps or inconsistencies.

• Develop reports, dashboards, visualizations, and statistical analyses that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), workflow performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

• Apply data mining, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, pattern recognition, and customized algorithms to identify trends and support business decisions.

• Support system updates, enhancements, and maintenance through data validation, testing, analysis, and collaboration with operational and technical teams.

• Document analytical procedures and recommend improvements to reporting, data automation, and data analysis processes.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Management, Quantitative Analysis, or a related field.

• Three (3) years of experience performing data analysis, including demonstrated experience working with large datasets and translating findings into reports or visualizations.

• Proficiency in SQL and R and/or Python; competency in both R and Python is strongly preferred.
