Position Summary

Blue Owl Insurance Solutions (BOIS) is seeking a Data Integrity Group (DIG) Associate to join its Operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of investment data supporting portfolio analytics, compliance, reporting, and client service functions. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and oversee Security Master data within BlackRock Aladdin, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Perform daily quality control reviews to support portfolio analytics, reporting, and compliance processes.
  • Research and resolve complex investment data, reporting, and system-related issues.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Support client service efforts and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Conduct daily, monthly, and quarterly audits, reconciliations, and compliance reporting.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation.
  • Participate in process improvement, automation, and technology enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, MIS, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-10 years of experience in financial services, asset management, insurance, or a related industry.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin, including Security Master maintenance and compliance coding.

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and investment data management.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Experience with data warehouses, ETL processes, and data modeling.
  • Python experience preferred.
