What You’ll Be Doing On A Daily Basis:

  • Enter and maintain shipment-related data with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate rush shipments by tracking orders through multiple systems and spreadsheets.
  • Communicate with Customer Service, Production Control, and Distribution Center teams to ensure orders move smoothly.
  • Provide shipment status updates through Outlook, Teams, and other communication tools.
  • Support shipping and transportation activities while helping resolve order and delivery issues.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve processes and reduce reshipments.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment.

What You’ll Bring to the Table: 

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and multiple systems.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to work with teams across Customer Service, Production Control, and Distribution Operations.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new processes and systems.
  • Experience with shipping, transportation, logistics, or Oracle is a plus, but not required.

 Education / Certifications Required: 

  • High School Diploma preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Daily activity includes but is not limited to lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting.
  • Reading, communication, math.
  • Working at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50lbs.
  • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to above
