Position Summary The Data Specialist acts as a catalyst for the Market Intelligence & Reporting Team. Recurrent: The Data Specialist will maintain and automatize workflows between Group & local databases and commercial/trade reports, as well as attend key meetings to obtain and circulate information to all teams. On Demand: The Reporting Analyst will receive all requests for Reporting On Demand from both Sales and Trade teams. Depending on the level of complexity, the report will be generated together with the Data Analyst directly or may be elevated to the Database Management team for the creation. Functions & Duties Attend and participate in various in-house and virtual meetings to understand evolving needs, adapt our analytical reporting efforts to match the regional sales team and stay abreast of changing market conditions. Create, maintain and improve the local database system, which will be the single source of truth for recurring reports. Create workflows and automate reports and dashboards together with Reporting Analysts and Management team, based on visualization needs. Work with Reporting Analysts to support On Demand presentations to Sales and Trade Teams following the pre-approved format templates. MISCELLANEOUS RELATED DUTIES or PROJECTS AS ASSIGNED.
