Position Overview

The Client Success Associate is responsible for ensuring a seamless client journey from onboarding through renewal, serving as a trusted partner to clients while coordinating internally across service delivery teams. This role blends relationship management, project coordination, and data-driven insights to maximize client engagement, satisfaction, and long-term value.


Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Client Engagement

  • Lead client onboarding calls to gather key account information, business requirements, and success metrics.
  • Establish strong client relationships and act as a primary point of contact during the onboarding process.
  • Educate clients on platform functionality, service scope, and best practices.

Coordination & Deliverables

  • Work closely with the Service Delivery team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client deliverables.
  • Track deliverables, milestones, and dependencies; communicate proactively with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups for client-facing engagements.

Client Success & Retention

  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess progress toward client goals, present value delivered, and recommend optimizations.
  • Administer and analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys, ensuring feedback is captured and addressed.
  • Monitor client engagement metrics and proactively address risks to satisfaction and renewal.

Revenue Growth

  • Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell of additional services or modules based on client needs, usage patterns, and business priorities.
  • Partner with Account Management and Sales to advance revenue opportunities.

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Collect and analyze client performance data to identify usage trends, adoption barriers, and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver reports that highlight insights within and across client accounts.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of client experience based on data-driven recommendations.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Data Science, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Project Coordination, ideally in technology, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
