Job Summary:
Support product line growth and delivery performance by analyzing product and delivery data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. This role leads cross-functional projects across product, finance, supply chain, and engineering to achieve business objectives in an on-site manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead data-driven analysis for mid-term parts risk assessment to support future delivery commitments
* Drive Aerospace Engine Operations (AEO) initiatives, including inventory strategy, rate readiness, and short supply mitigation
* Apply data analytics, digital tools, and AI to assess current performance and identify improvements
* Partner with cross-functional teams to identify trends, solve problems, and implement solutions
* Serve as the point of contact for AEO parts demand validation, aligning production with customer needs
* Communicate insights, risks, and recommendations to improve cost productivity and producibility
* Act as functional lead for analytics tools in support of AEO initiatives
* Lead projects of varying complexity, ensuring execution against business objectives
* Collaborate with T&O, Finance, and Engineering to drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
* Associate or bachelor"s degree from an accredited university
* 5+ years of experience in data analytics for supply chain/parts fulfillment
* Proven ability to lead programs and manage cross-functional projects
* Computer savvy with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* U.S. citizenship required due to program requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
* Aerospace industry experience
* Experience working across matrixed organizations
* Familiarity with supply chain processes and operations
