OverviewProgrammatic initiatives for the stroke sub-service line and assure compliance with Primary Stroke Center certification requirements. Serves as the point of contact for stroke treatment throughout the hospital, and works collaboratively with the Stroke Committee Chairman and other key stakeholders on all stroke efforts. Functions as a clinician, an educator, a consultant and a researcher with the primary responsibility for promoting quality care for stroke patients. Coordinate and manages care of stroke patients in order to meet multiple service needs, ensure continuity of care, and eliminate fragmentation of care and services in all settings across the continuum.ResponsibilitiesProgrammatic initiatives for the stroke sub-service line and assure compliance with Primary Stroke Center certification requirements.   • 3 years of recent and relevant clinical experience related to stroke care and a bachelor's degree Required or

Licenses and Certifications
