As a Spa Curator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a seamless, relaxing spa experience from booking through check-out.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
  • Provide guests with detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and other spa policies.
  • Utilize spa computers and software with skill and proficiency.
  • Answer the phone promptly and operate the phone system accurately and efficiently.
  • Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, retail products, and available programs, promotions, or discounts.
  • Accurately reserve, change, and cancel spa appointments.
  • Ensure that the check-in, check-out, and payment processes are handled in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintain an accurate count of retail inventory.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring
  • Past customer service experience, preferably in a spa environment.
  • Previous cash handling experience.
  • Minimum of one year of employment within a hospitality-oriented environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills, including speaking, listening, and writing.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (7-8 hours) and push or pull up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
