Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Framingham, MA (Hybrid 2–3 days onsite/week)

Employment Type: Contract (6+ months expected)

About the Role

Support creative project initiatives by coordinating workflows, timelines, and cross-functional communication to ensure projects move efficiently from development through delivery. This role partners with creative, product, and packaging teams to manage priorities and project execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple creative projects through development, production, approval, revision, and final delivery stages.
  • Manage project workflows, timelines, milestones, and communication across creative, product, packaging, and production teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize workloads, identify project risks, and recommend solutions.
  • Track project progress and ensure deliverables align with project requirements and deadlines.
  • Support resource planning and maintain effective communication with teams at all levels.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably managing creative projects within a design agency or internal creative/packaging environment.
  • Experience managing creative workflows, approvals, revisions, and project delivery timelines.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
