Our team is diverse, with skillsets and responsibilities ranging from graphic design, content creation and performance marketing to internal communications and loyalty & rewards programs. We work together to provide expertise and guidance, so that the Staples brand is well represented in all areas.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic, multi-channel creative projects, from intake and planning through delivery
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Creative Services and key partners including marketing, merchandising, digital, and external agencies
  • Develop and manage detailed project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resourcing plans
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, remove roadblocks, and adapt plans to shifting priorities
  • Drive clarity on project goals, creative direction, and expectations across stakeholders
  • Manage integrated campaigns spanning print, digital, video, in-store, and social channels
  • Ensure all creative deliverables meet brand standards, quality expectations, and legal requirements
  • Track performance against KPIs and deliver post-project insights and recommendations
  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and collaboration
  • Coach and mentor junior project managers, contributing to the growth of the Creative Services function
