Title: Marketing - Digital Program Manager 5

Location: Beaverton, OR

Duration: 7+ months


Note: Open to relocating candidates though there is a hard end date! But welcoming anyone from big creative cities such as NYC, LA, CA, etc. This person needs to be BIG into fashion and streetwear culture.


Job Description:

  • This candidates must be familiar with the digital world, fundamental knowledge of social media marketing as they will be supporting 3 digital leads.
  • Portfolios and LinkedIn needs to be added/attached.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-10+ YOE (5 years of experience in brand, digital or social marketing)


Top 3 must have skills:

  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in digital marketing, content creation, and social media
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, presentation writing, and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills and knows how to influence working teams and key partners


Nice to have skills:

  • Experience leading, developing, and scaling teams
  • Fluency reading consumer data and crafting measurement and optimization plans
  • Experience managing creative, media, and research agencies


Software/technical requirements:

  • High fluency in Keynote
  • Familiarity with input and project management in Air Table
  • Familiarity with Figma
  • Outlook + Slack for day-to-day communication
