Position Summary

CheckMark is the in-house creative resource of Nestle Purina. As a Senior Copywriter, you're a multi-talented creative and strategic thinker who concepts, creates, and produces high-quality work that is relevant to the brand and compelling to the target audience. You have advanced skills in idea generation and writing, that can flex from digital to traditional and short to long form. We'll challenge you to think imaginatively, collaborate effectively, and act strategically all while working toward the greater goal of growing the Purina portfolio.

  • Concept and write for a variety of touchpoints along the consumer journey including digital products, social, eCommerce, video, advertising, promotions, and packaging
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create concepts that work across multiple channels
  • Work directly with creative and account service teams, as well as partners across departments within the larger organization
  • Present ideas credibly to internal teams and leadership while engaging in strategic discussions
  • Partner with a creative and strategy team to manage assignments with a high degree of autonomy
  • Supervise creative from concept through production, including client and legal reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 3+ years of professional experience with 1+ of those years of experience in copywriting

The approximate pay range for this position is $72,000 to $100,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position. Nestle offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with Company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
