The CWS Finance Administrator supports Controlled and Not Controlled Deloitte engagement teams and vendors on CWS finance related activities. This practitioner works closely with US/USI team members to support GPS engagement teams and vendors with a focus on accurate and timely processing of contractor-related financial transactions and vendor payments.

  • Support contract and procurement activities by coordinating documentation, tracking requests, and maintaining process records.
  • Review purchase and contract materials for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with established procedures.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain procurement and contracting files, reports, and status updates.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required information, resolve process issues, and support timely completion of deliverables.
  • Monitor assigned activities against deadlines and escalate issues, risks, or missing information as needed.

CSS combines Contingent Workforce Services (CWS) with Independent Contractor capabilities to augment Deloitte's traditional subcontractor staffing support (pre- and/or post-award).

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of experience supporting procurement, contracting, sourcing, supplier management, or purchasing processes
  • 1+ years of experience preparing, reviewing, or maintaining contracts, purchase orders, invoices, or procurement documentation
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience maintaining records, trackers, or reports in a business environment
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting contract lifecycle management processes
  • Experience working with procurement or enterprise resource planning systems
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience preparing status reports, dashboards, or operational summaries

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $57,200 to $105,300.
