As a Content Design Senior Associate in DCE Card, Benefits & Rewards, you will play an important role in shaping customer experiences through content and building customer confidence across our products and services. Using your expertise in content design principles, you will plan, create, and structure product content within a user experience design framework. While collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure narrative consistency, your influence will extend to product design, architecture, and functionality. 

Job responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement content strategies for products and features, ensuring align with user experience principles and business objectives 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, user-friendly content that is cohesive and intuitive for a diverse audience 
  • Create content taxonomies to refine content organization and structure,incorporating user feedback and insights for continuous improvement 
  • Adopt brand voice to produce clear, concise, and engaging content that communicates complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences 
  • Analyze content performance metrics,making data-driven recommendations for optimization and enhancement of user experiences  
  • Work with many product, marketing, legal and compliance teams; lead stakeholder management, intake, reviews, and decisioning to drive alignment and timely delivery

  • Own the content approval process from beginning to end, ensuring the firm is free from risk and only the most accurate, accessible, and legally-sound content is served to customers

  • Govern our standards and guidelines across channels/surfaces to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences
  • Create and maintain clean and organized documentation to ensure source of truth is always up-to-date

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • 3+ years of experience in content design, or equivalent expertise in editing, and writing - with a focus on digital products and platforms 
  • Experience in creating content architectures, storytelling, and clear and concise writing 
  • Demonstrated experience in applying accessibility guidelines and inclusive design to create user-friendly content 
  • Experience with iterative design techniques, incorporating user feedback and insights for continuous improvement 
  • Proficient technical literacy in content platforms and understanding their impact on user experience 
  • Adaptive learner in new financial services products and offerings 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated experience partnering across Product, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance in a highly regulated environment 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage content risk through rigorous governance, review workflows, and strong documentation practices (e.g., decision logs and maintained sources of truth) 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Figma to support cross-functional collaboration, documentation, and workflow tracking
  • Experience using AI to streamline workflows and improve consistency and quality while maintaining appropriate controls and oversight
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and working effectively in sprint-based product teams
  • Experience with content management systems and structured/component-based content in digital products
  • Experience creating and maintaining templates, checklists, and playbooks that enable scalable governance and quality control
  • Experience with experimentation, instrumentation, or analytics tooling to inform and validate content optimizations
  • Experience working in financial services or other highly regulated industries
