Graphic Design
  • Design signs, banners, decals, stickers, vehicle graphics, and other print products.
  • Create customer proofs and revise artwork based on customer feedback.

  • Create promotional flyers, postcards, brochures, business cards, and other marketing materials.
  • Assist with AI-assisted content creation for social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Organize creative assets for future marketing use.
Note: This position is responsible for creating marketing content and creative assets. Company leadership manages publishing schedules, account access, and overall marketing strategy.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals who is excited to learn the sign industry.
You do not need years of professional experience. If you've completed graphic design coursework, earned an associate degree, or developed a solid portfolio through school or personal projects, we'd like to meet you.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (required)
  • Basic Adobe Photoshop experience
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition
  • Ability to prepare organized, print-ready artwork
  • Comfortable learning new software and production equipment
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Basic photography and smartphone video skills
  • Interest in creating marketing and social media content
  • Experience using AI tools to assist with content creation
  • Sign industry experience is not required—we'll teach you.
Why Join Our Team?
This is an opportunity to build a professional portfolio while working on projects you'll see installed throughout the Treasure Valley. You'll learn sign design, vehicle graphics, large-format printing, vinyl production, and real-world client communication while working alongside the owners of a growing sign company.  As our company continues to grow, this position offers the opportunity to transition into a full-time role and pursue leadership opportunities based on performance and business needs.
If you're eager to learn, enjoy solving creative problems, and want to expand your skills beyond traditional graphic design, we'd love to hear from you.
