Job description

$500 Sign-on Bonus!

  • We have an opening for full time TRASH TECHNICIAN positions.
  • Location: 2022 Ashland Road, Rockville, VA 23146. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule:
    • Employees will be assigned to either Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday schedules, working 7:00 AM-5:30 PM (days) or 7:00 PM-5:30 AM (nights).
    • During the initial site startup and construction clean phase, all team members will temporarily work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM before transitioning to their assigned schedule.
  • Requirement: Previous janitorial experience is preferred, but not required. Willing to train!
  • Perks: Offering a $500 sign-on bonus paid upon completion of 90 days of employment.
  • Fixed Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Collects, transports, and properly disposes of trash and bio-hazardous materials following established safety protocols.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifies, transports, and disposes of trash, chemicals, and bio-hazardous materials using proper safety procedures.
  • Performs cleaning functions as assigned; properly operates cleaning equipment as designated.
  • Recognizes safety hazards and acts accordingly.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Must have physical ability to walk, stand and push trash containers weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.
