What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
  • Structured training and mentorship
  • Clear career progression
  • The opportunity to specialize in one of the fastest-growing sectors in the U.S.
  • A collaborative, high-performance culture
  • Exposure to leading clients, projects and professionals across the energy and infrastructure markets

Whether you're an experienced recruiter looking to specialize in contract recruitment or a strong sales professional ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
