Job description

Description:

We are seeking a Superintendent with Interiors Construction experience to join our team! You will serve as the primary leader on site for the construction project overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from start to finish
  • Manage schedules, budgets, quality and safety standards for commercial construction projects.
  • Serve as the leader for on-site safety
  • Develop and maintain 2-week look ahead schedules
  • Ensure complete, accurate daily documentation of work orders/tickets, understand subcontractor scope of work to avoid unnecessary change orders, and identify problems early and act timely to provide solutions
  • Coordinate inspections, submittals, RFIs and quality assurance documentation
  • Manage close-out process to include punch list and handoff
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • A four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred.
  • 5-10 Years of corporate interiors project experience
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred
  • Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership qualities, communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
