  • 2+ years of experience in commercial construction field operations (internship or co-op experience considered)

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Construction/Science, or related field (preferred)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, “hands-on” approach to problem solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with construction management software
  • Experience using smartphones and tablets in conjunction with field management software
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and trade practices
  • Eager to learn, grow, and develop into a future Superintendent role
