Job description

Duties Description The successful candidate(s) will serve as the technical lead for enterprise case management and reporting applications used by judges and non-judicial personnel statewide. The candidate will maintain existing infrastructure and applications, as well as architect new software solutions that align with the objectives of the assigned projects. Ideal candidates combine technical depth with leadership experience and the ability to guide complex, long-term application development.

Experience with Java and/or C#, Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases, SQL, TomEE, and ASP.NET is preferred. Key Responsibilities: In collaboration with Technical Managers, design, implement, and maintain software solutions aligned with project and organizational goals. Recommend and apply best practices in architecture, coding, testing, and documentation

Mentor and review the work of junior developers, promoting consistent standards and quality. Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and other development teams to deliver reliable, high-quality applications. Minimum Qualifications JG-28 PRINCIPAL COMPUTER APPLICATIONS PROGRAMMER BASE SALARY: $110,853 QUALIFICATIONS: One year of service in the Senior Associate Computer Applications Programmer title; or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of prior experience in computer programming or computer systems analysis; or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of experience in computer programming or computer systems analysis; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
