Job Summary:
Infojini Inc is seeking a Business Analyst to support the AOC in understanding business requirements and translating customer interests to the program team. The role involves gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders, and advocating for process innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Attend project team meetings and other meetings as required
• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Upload project requirements into requirements repository
• Work closely with the court community and other AOC staff (e.g., other Business Analysts and Liaisons , Solution Architects, Network, Education, Customer Services, Legal Services, Research, and Data Quality, etc.) to identify, analyze, and document emerging requirements related to the EDE program
• Ensure business requirements and workflows are complete, well documented, and maintained for future use.
• Advocate and foster an environment that promotes process innovation and continuous business process improvement through ongoing review and analysis.
• Analyze the impacts to courts resulting from planned changes to JIS applications and services.
• Assist with testing and defect resolution to ensure requirements are satisfied.
• Perform other duties as required by the assigned Project Manager.
Qualifications:
Required:
• An Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or closely allied field and minimum of eight (8) continuous years of business analysis, business process, management and/or requirements engineering experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working on complex technology integration projects.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in providing complete business analysis over at least two (2) projects (from project initiation through project rollout).
• Experience interacting and communicating professionally with diverse groups of people, user groups, and customer for facilitating business requirements gathering and analysis.
