Job Summary:
The Associate Product Manager will support and coordinate GPU-related operations across RMA, Service, Repair, Technical Support, and Production teams, with a focus on improving workflow efficiency and reducing turnaround time. This role will streamline data collection, accelerate RMA decisions, improve documentation quality, strengthen cross-team and vendor coordination, and support the rapidly increasing volume of next-generation GPUs (GB300, B300, MI355X, etc.).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Operate and support GPU workflows across RMA, Service, Repair, TS, Purchasing, System PM, and Production environments
  • Analyze GPU and system logs using CLI tools • Coordinate triage and testing activities with internal teams and vendors
  • Maintain clear communication with GPU vendors and internal stakeholders regarding test results, issues, and escalations
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and drive process improvements to streamline GPU operations and reduce turnaround time (TAT)
  • Assist with new GPU platform bring-up, lab readiness, and test SOP development and updates

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant industry experience (new graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Familiarity with GPU hardware and command-line interface skills (Linux CLI preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret GPU and system logs
  • Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Experience with RMA workflows, test documentation, or hardware operations is a plus
  • Knowledge of NVIDIA and AMD GPUs and related testing tools is preferred
  • Experience with Python or automation tools is an advantage
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

Salary Range
$90,000 - $105,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
