Job description

As a Principal Product Manager for Product Operations – Modeled Data, you will own the operational standards, delivery rigor, and lifecycle execution of modeled data products that power Acxiom's internal and partner platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring modeled data assets are platform‐ready, reliable, scalable, compliant, measurable, and consistently delivered across teams and portfolios. You will operate as a principal‐level individual contributor, defining and evolving operating frameworks, content and metadata standards, and execution models that enable predictable, high‐quality delivery at enterprise scale.

You will partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Security, Privacy, and Commercial teams to ensure modeled data products integrate seamlessly with downstream platforms and operate reliably in production. This role is not about feature ideation, it is about making modeled data products work well, at scale, every day. What You Will Do: Intake, interpret, and operationalize delivery platform requirements , translating schemas, metadata expectations, SLAs, and cadence into execution standards Prepare and align modeled data assets to be platform‐ready , ensuring metadata, schemas, and taxonomies integrate seamlessly across downstream delivery environments Establish and evolve product operations frameworks that enable consistent delivery, dependency management, and cross‐team alignment across multiple Agile teams Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, constraints, and cross‐platform dependencies , driving operational readiness for launches, changes, and deprecations Own production readiness, service reliability, and operational health , including incident learnings, post‐launch reviews, and external partner change coordination Define and track operational KPIs (availability, quality, adoption, cost efficiency) and lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve scale, reliability, and efficiency Required Qualifications: 7+ years of product management experience, with significant focus on product operations or platform delivery Experience operating and scaling modeled or analytical data products in production environments 3+ years of engineering, data platform, or analytics experience Strong experience working in Agile environments with multiple dependent teams Proven production service ownership experience Experience working with regulated, sensitive, or privacy‐constrained data Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience What Will Set You Apart: Deep experience running product operations for data, analytics, or audience platforms Strong understanding of modeled data pipelines and analytical delivery workflows Experience operationalizing governance, compliance, and security requirements for data products Proven ability to guide and coach diverse teams through business process changes by driving alignment and execution across large, matrixed organizations Experience operating enterprise‐scale data platforms spanning multiple teams and delivery environments Strong systems thinking with emphasis on repeatability, scale, and operational rigor Experience with cloud‐native data platforms (e.g.
