Temporary Data Entry Associate (Summer Project)

Location: Houston, TX 77054
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Job Type: Temporary (Summer Assignment)


Assignment Details

We are seeking two detail-oriented Data Entry Associates for a temporary summer project. This role involves entering and verifying large volumes of sensitive information with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.


  • Start Date: Tuesday, July 7, 2026
  • End Date: Friday, September 11, 2026
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
  • Work Location: 9320 Kirby Drive, Houston, TX 77054
  • Parking: Free on-site parking available


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter high volumes of sensitive data into database systems
  • Review and verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in information
  • Follow up to obtain missing or incomplete documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security standards


Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint preferred)
  • Comfortable using standard computer equipment (including an external mouse)
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
  • Prior experience with databases or coursework in Computer Science/Technology is a plus
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
