Salary range (but not limited to):

101,800 - 124,400

Incentive plan

Annual bonus: 12% target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to 200% (subject to personal and company performance)

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, location etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Cloud Services Analyst to join our growing team!
What you'll do here:

  • Cloud Architecture & Design:

    • Develop and maintain cloud architecture and design documentation

    • Ensure that cloud solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

  • Implementation & Management:

    • Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using industry best practices

    • Monitor cloud services to ensure optimal performance and availability

    • Implement automation and orchestration tools to streamline cloud operations

  • Security & Compliance:

    • Ensure that cloud solutions comply with industry standards and regulations

    • Implement security measures to protect cloud-based data and applications

    • Conduct regular security assessments and audits

  • Performance Optimization:

    • Monitor and analyze cloud service performance metrics

    • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks

    • Implement cost-saving measures without compromising performance

  • Collaboration & Support:

    • Work closely with IT and other departments to support cloud initiatives

    • Provide technical guidance and support to team members

    • Conduct training sessions to enhance cloud-related skills within the organization

  • Working Conditions:

    • Occasional travel to branch sites

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience

  • Minimum10 years of progressive experiencein cloud-based infrastructure

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior role

  • Extensive hands-on expertise withMicrosoft Azure, M365, etc.

  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud

  • Proficient in cloud security principles, including best practices and compliance standards

  • Experienced with Windows and Linux-based systems and environments

  • Skilled in data analytics platforms such as Databricks and Power BI

  • Hands-on expertise with Azure Lighthouse for multi-tenant management

  • Competent in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation

  • Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop & FSLogix

  • Knowledgeable in containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes

  • Familiar with DevOps methodologies and associated toolchains

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert (nice to have)

  • Azure Administrator Associate (nice to have)

  • Able to effectively manage competing demands, rapidly shifting priorities, and high-pressure moments
