Job description

Ogden is GROWING! We are seeking a Commercial Portfolio Manager to join our expanding team.

The Commercial Portfolio Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and long-term performance of a commercial real estate portfolio. Duties include: Maintaining regular communication with property owners, tenants, brokers, and vendors; coordinating property inspections; overseeing maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects; negotiating service and construction contracts; managing tenant requests and lease administration; participating in lease renewals; preparing annual budgets, CAM estimates, and reconciliations; reviewing invoices; monitoring accounts receivable; preparing monthly owner financial reports; maintaining property records; and coordinating emergency response activities when necessary. The position also works closely with Assistant Property Managers, administrative staff, and preferred vendors to ensure efficient building operations and exceptional service delivery.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of three years of commercial real estate experience, with strong knowledge of property operations, budgeting, accounting, lease administration, and building systems. A CPM designation, Bachelor’s Degree, and Wisconsin Real Estate License are preferred. Candidates must possess excellent communication, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and commercial property management software such as Yardi and RealPage is required.

The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, demonstrate sound judgment, maintain a professional demeanor, and be capable of collaborating effectively with clients, tenants, vendors, and internal teams. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, automobile insurance, and availability for after-hours emergencies are required.
