POSITION SUMMARY
The Rental & Venue Marketing Associate serves as an in-house marketing resource for PACA rentals and managed venues by executing marketing initiatives that increase awareness, ticket sales and attendance for events at the Aventura Arts & Cultural Center and the Miniaci Performing Arts Center at Nova Southeastern University. This role is focused on supporting event marketing and the implementation of advertising and promotional campaigns and day-to-day social media management. The Marketing Associate works closely with internal teams, rental clients, agencies, and partners to ensure cohesive, effective and timely marketing execution.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for rental and managed events, including digital advertising, paid social, print, radio, and outdoor.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (digital and traditional) under the direction of the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager.
  • Manage social media accounts for managed venues and events, including paid advertising, content planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing.
  • Serve as a day-to-day marketing contact for rental clients, promoters, and artist representatives.
  • Advise clients on marketing opportunities, including social media, advertising, and promotional tactics.
  • Coordinate media placements, vendor deliverables, and advertising schedules
  • Assist in securing promotional opportunities, partnerships, and added-value media placements.
  • Maintain marketing timelines and ensure deadlines are met for all assigned campaigns.
  • Manage the creation of email marketing, digital content, and promotional materials as needed.
  • Collect, localize, and manage marketing assets including copy, images, and video.
  • Work with designers, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate production and delivery of marketing assets to ensure timely execution of collateral materials
  • Coordinate approvals and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and brand standards.
  • Monitor ticket sales trends and campaign performance; assist in reporting and recommending optimizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Venue Management, Box Office, Marketing, etc.) to ensure alignment and accuracy.
  • Assist with invoice processing, budget tracking, and marketing settlement documentation.
  • Assist with institutional marketing initiatives for managed venues as needed.
  • Attend marketing and event-related meetings and provide updates on assigned campaigns.
  • Support on-site marketing efforts during events as needed.
  • Ability to travel to assigned event locations and meetings including remote venues.
  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Arts Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of professional experience working on marketing projects, administrative and advertising.
  • Experience with social media management and/or digital advertising preferred.
  • Experience in entertainment, live events or agency environment is a plus.
