Job Description:
At Regions, the Regions Business Capital (RBC) Administration and Collateral Manager oversees collateral administration, portfolio monitoring and performance reporting, risk governance coordination, operational controls, and strategic business support activities.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Leads RBC's centralized collateral management function, overseeing the administration, monitoring, reporting, and control of collateral supporting asset-based lending and secured working capital
  • Develops and leads managers and teams, driving performance, talent development, succession planning, recruitment, and achievement of business objectives
  • Provides oversight and governance for collateral monitoring, borrowing base processes, and related operational controls
  • Oversees portfolio operations reporting and management information to support business performance and decision-making
  • Monitors collateral trends, emerging risks, exceptions, and portfolio concerns, escalating issues as appropriate
  • Serves as the primary escalation point for complex collateral, operational, risk, and portfolio matters, including remediation and audit support
  • Leads strategic initiatives and process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, risk management, reporting, and client service
  • Partners with Credit Risk Management, Operational Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and other stakeholders on collateral and asset-based lending matters
  • Supports the development and maintenance of business reporting, performance metrics, and leadership dashboards
  • Fosters collaboration across business and support functions to drive communication, accountability, and execution

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Twelve (12) years of commercial banking, asset-based lending, commercial finance, or related financial services experience
  • Five (5) years of leadership or management experience
  • Experience partnering with Credit Risk Management and other risk functions
  • Experience leading operational, risk, or strategic business initiatives
