Associate Cloud Engineer Jobs in Tennessee (NOW HIRING)

Monogram Health is seeking a Cloud Engineer for a full-time role in Brentwood, TN. The Cloud Engineer will work closely with internal and external team members, Network Engineers, and Technical Services leadership, supporting and monitoring internal and client-facing technology systems. This role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (primary), as well as exposure to AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The Cloud Engineer will provision, manage, monitor, and decommission cloud services, and support cloud-based servers and Active Directory/EntraID. • Monitor, support, and enhance the security of current and future cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Evaluate and automate scaling and capacity requirements within multi-cloud environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve environment performance, connectivity, and security issues across Azure, AWS, and GCP
• Provide escalated support to end users and service desk technicians
• Implement new cloud environments and technologies
• Work with teams to integrate infrastructure components into processes and procedures
• Availability to work night and weekend hours on occasion as required

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or minimum of three (3) years’ experience supporting, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining enterprise information technology systems in Azure (Microsoft ecosystem).
• Knowledge of backup, restore, recovery, and high availability strategies for cloud environments
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot server and database resource issues (CPU, memory, I/O, disk space)
• Understanding of complex Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and adherence to standards and procedures
• Advanced knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Kerberos, and Windows Authentication
• Familiarity with network protocols (DNS, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, SFTP) and TCP/IP routing/subnetting
• Working knowledge of VPN connectivity and client troubleshooting
• PowerShell skills
• AWS and GCP experience preferred
• Knowledge of Cisco Meraki network equipment/IOS preferred
• Certification(s) related to the cloud environment preferred (e.g., AZ-900 or higher, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Google Associate Cloud Engineer)
