Tatari is growing and we're looking for a Client Services Manager to join our Growth team! We're looking for a strategic, client-facing leader to join our Growth team and help drive performance for a portfolio of SMB clients investing in TV and CTV. In this role, you'll own post-sales relationships and campaign execution end-to-end, acting as a trusted advisor to your clients. You'll guide them through their TV journey-translating performance data into clear insights, identifying opportunities to scale, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for SMB client accounts
  • Execute hands-on media planning, campaign execution, and optimization across Linear and Streaming TV
  • Translate client goals into performance-driven strategies focused on CPA, CAC, and ROAS
  • Identify client needs and surface opportunities to improve performance
  • Build expertise in Tatari's platform (buying, reporting, measurement) and collaborate with internal teams to support execution
  • Guide clients through campaign setup, optimization, and reporting-providing education and platform training
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to performance discussions
  • Build strong day-to-day relationships with client stakeholdersย 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution, preferably in Business, Economics, Statistics, or Data Analytics
  • 2+ years of experience in post-sales account management or client services, with exposure to senior stakeholders and C-level interactions
  • 1-2 years of experience buying, trading, or managing campaigns within digital or programmatic platforms (e.g., DSPs)
  • Experience supporting performance-driven clients (brands and/or agencies), with a focus on optimizing toward CPA, CAC, and ROAS
  • Solid understanding of the streaming TV landscape (linear TV knowledge is a plus)
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong presentation and listening skills, with a high level of preparation and attention to detail
  • Comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders-from engineers to marketing leaders-with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Curiosity and desire to learn, with particular emphasis for AI
