Job description

We are looking for a dedicated team player to coordinate the day-to-day operations for the Green Bay Local Dedicated business. You will focus on exceeding our customer's goals and expectations. You will create a team atmosphere where members feel valued. You will break through any barriers to build a solid partnership with the customer.
Day shift 4 days on 4 days off : 4:30am-4:30pm at a local 24/7 operation.
Essential Functions/Specific Responsibilities:
-Monitor e-mail traffic mediating load issues. Delays may cause load issues affecting client and/or carrier revenue.
-Greet and provide trailer disposition, load obtainment, and shipment process directions to drivers.
-Complete and maintain various logs, documents and forms with steadfast accuracy.
-Verify and process inbound and outbound loads per established procedures.
-Track and account for all trailers in the drop yard/ Local operation.
-Must be proficient in Microsoft software; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Assure daily loads have been properly processed. Work with GP and PTI computer programs
-Keep work areas neat, clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
-Remain professionally vigilant throughout work hours.
-Ability to work with others within the company on projects that enhance our work experience.
- Manage drivers and focuses on achieving on-time service, top MPG results in the division, high retention rate, and best practices for an overall high-performing team
-Complete yard check and e-mailing results to appropriate recipients daily.

- Portray a high dedication towards established processes and procedures, yet capable of objective process improvement.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Associates Degree Preferred
  • Minimum one year within operations or transportation
  • Management experience preferred
