Summary:The QTI Group is partnering with Resonant Capital Advisors to hire a Client Service Associate (CSA) to join their team. Resonant Capital Advisors is a privately held, innovative, and growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm that provides planning, investment, and advisory services to individual and institutional clients.Bring your financial services or fiduciary client service industry experience here and enjoy tremendous opportunity for career development as the firm continues to grow!In this role, the CSA will work directly with a talented and experienced Client Service Team to provide support to clients and investment advisors within the firm. The CSA will be involved in all non-investment and advisory elements of the client's experience from account-opening to custodial interactions through to money movement and reporting.Location: In-office - Downtown Madison, WisconsinResponsibilities:Provide a high level of customer service and guidance to clients by managing client inquiries and requests regarding account information and reporting.
Develop a working knowledge of institutional 3rd party custodial platforms (i.e., Schwab and Fidelity).
Complete tasks related to client onboarding, including opening of new accounts, updating cost basis, reconciling account information, processing transactions, and coordinating document collection and transfer between clients, the advisors, and custodians.
Monitor new accounts for accuracy and timeliness on custodial platforms.
Process new contributions and redemptions across qualified and non-qualified accounts.
Set up client portal access in Addepar and ShareFile and orientate client to varied reporting system.
Document client service activity in Salesforce, while assisting in the execution of specific service delivery models for clients, including in the implementation of specified technology and tools.
Maintain risk awareness and compliance; identify problems in a timely manner while aligning with standard resolution policy and regulatory procedures.
Demonstrate flexibility and nimbleness in balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Qualifications:3+ years of experience in client service with an RIA firm or financial advisory practice.
Post-secondary degree (2 or 4 years) encouraged but not required.
Knowledge of financial services and investments industry.
Experience working within 3rd party custodial platforms is a plus!
Excellent verbal and written communication required; strong attention to detail.
Strong work ethic, and ability to work both within a team and independently.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus.#MMAS
