Broadridge is growing! We are looking for a Client Relationship Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the client service team in delivering a positive experience for our clients. You will help with day-to-day client requests, coordinate with internal teams, track production activities, and assist with resolving basic service issues.
This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career who is organized, eager to learn, and interested in building experience in client services, operations, and relationship management.
Responsibilities:
• Support the day-to-day needs of assigned clients and help ensure a positive client experience.
• Respond to client questions and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with service, delivery, and billing issues by gathering information and working with internal teams to help resolve them.
• Help coordinate daily, month-end, quarterly and annual production activities.
• Track timelines, materials, volumes, and instructions for production runs.
• Attend internal planning meetings and help communicate updates to clients and team members.
• Maintain accurate client records, notes, and service requirements.
• Assist with preparing reports, status updates, and other client-related documentation.
• Partner with internal teams to support client changes and routine requests.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes and share ideas with the team.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, client service, administrative support, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $60,000 - $65,000 USD. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
