Associate (Service) Advisor
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (In-Office)

This individual will serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, helping answer questions, coordinate service needs, and ensure seamless follow-through after client meetings and annual reviews.

Licensing & Development Support
The firm will sponsor and cover the cost of obtaining:
- Series 7 or Series 6
- Series 63
- Life & Health Insurance License
Compensation
- $60,000–$65,000 base salary
- Bonus potential
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely responses, updates, and a high level of service.
- Support Lead Advisors with client meeting preparation, follow-up items, and ongoing account servicing needs.
- Manage client requests including paperwork, account transfers, distributions, and account updates with accuracy and efficiency.
- Track and follow through on action items resulting from annual reviews and client conversations.
- Maintain accurate client records within CRM and internal systems.
- Communicate proactively with clients to ensure they feel informed and supported throughout the planning process.
- Partner with internal team members to resolve client needs and improve service processes.
- Participate in ongoing training and licensing development to expand financial services knowledge.
What You Bring
- 1+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, insurance, or a related field.
