Job Description:

Join Cotality as an Associate, Client Operations Management (Tax Research) in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you will be crucial to servicing, supporting, and mitigating risks for property loans. You'll leverage advanced market-leading tools and your sharp attention to detail to analyze data, solve complex problems, and deliver exceptional service to higher-tiered clients. We foster a strong learning culture designed to help you grow your technical expertise and professional skills.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze & Resolve: Research missing data and utilize advanced tools to query, manipulate, and synthesize property-related information.

  • Deliver Excellence: Provide exceptional, accurate service to higher-tiered clients in a high-volume setting, adhering to all Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Manage Workflows: Manage assigned inventory and prioritize tasks effectively to meet daily deadlines without unnecessary interruptions.

  • Drive Improvement: Actively participate in cross-training, mentorship, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Tax Search focus area.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant, client-service-oriented experience in a high-volume environment. (High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred).

  • Technical Aptitude: Intermediate computer skills with a strong ability to learn new systems and interpret basic property documentation from varied sources.

  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to connect data points from multiple sources and resolve complex issues.

  • Core Skills: Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and armed with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
