Client Services Associate - IV Nutrition Scottsdale

IV Nutrition Scottsdale is searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Client Services Associate to join our team! In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients have a positive and informative experience at our Scottsdale location.
About IV Nutrition:
IV Nutrition is a leading provider of intravenous (IV) hydration and vitamin therapy, offering personalized wellness solutions to optimize health and well-being.
About the Role:
  • Welcome clients and answer questions about our IV hydration and vitamin therapy services.
  • Schedule appointments, manage client intake forms, and ensure accurate medical information is collected.
  • Assist medical staff with maintaining a clean and sterile work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and informative experience for each client.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless client care and excellent service.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and put clients at ease.
