Established Wellness Practice | Midtown Manhattan | Full-Time

An established chiropractic and wellness practice serving the Midtown Manhattan community for more than 30 years is seeking an exceptional Associate Chiropractor interested in building a long-term career.
We are looking for more than someone to cover a schedule. We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused doctor who is excited to build lasting patient relationships, maintain a consistent clinical presence, contribute to the continued growth of the practice, and earn increasing responsibility over time.
This opportunity is ideal for either an experienced chiropractor or a newer doctor seeking mentorship, professional development, and the opportunity to grow within an established practice.

The Opportunity
·       Established patient base with a loyal following
·       Mentorship from experienced clinical leadership
·       Supportive clinical and administrative team
·       Opportunity to build and retain your own patient base
·       Professional, leadership, and practice-management development
·       Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses and incentives
·       Potential future partnership or ownership discussions for the right individual

Responsibilities
·       Perform chiropractic consultations and examinations
·       Develop individualized treatment recommendations
·       Deliver chiropractic adjustments and therapeutic care
·       Educate patients regarding their condition, treatment, wellness, and injury prevention
·       Maintain accurate clinical documentation
·       Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team
·       Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional care and communication
·       Contribute to patient retention, referrals, and practice growth

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:
·       Genuinely enjoy caring for patients
·       Communicate clearly and confidently
·       Be professional, dependable, energetic, and team-oriented
·       Value consistency, accountability, and clinical excellence
·       Be motivated to build a successful patient base
·       Have an interest in growing clinically, professionally, and financially
·       Be seeking a long-term career opportunity rather than simply another position

Qualifications
·       Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree
·       Licensed or eligible for licensure in New York
·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills
·       New graduates are encouraged to apply

Full-time availability is preferred; however, exceptional part-time candidates will also be considered.

Compensation
Compensation: $90,000–$130,000 annually for a full-time position, commensurate with experience, qualifications, schedule, and other job-related factors.
Additional performance-based bonuses and incentive compensation are available based on clinical performance, patient retention, and practice growth.
For the right individual, sustained clinical performance, leadership, reliability, and contribution to the continued growth of the practice may lead to future discussions regarding partnership or ownership opportunities.
