What You'll Do:

• Greet everyone with a smile, energy, and confidence
• Give studio tours like a boss
• Be the first impression of OTF and make it unforgettable
• Guide new guests through their first Orangetheory experience
• Sell memberships that change lives
• Handle member questions with professionalism and care
• Help keep the studio looking sharp and running smoothly
• Jump in on marketing and outreach events
• Support your team, your trainers, and your community

What We're Looking For:

• You love people. Like, really love people.
• You're energetic, proactive, and thrive on a fast-paced team
• You're a great communicator (IRL and over email/phone)

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
