Job description

WHO are we looking for?

CAPTRUST is seeking a Paid Media Campaign Senior Associate to join its in-house digital marketing team to support the firm’s brand-building marketing campaigns and data-driven digital marketing efforts. The Paid Media Campaign Senior Associate will assist in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing, Meta, Streaming, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital advertising, analytics, and performance-driven marketing with 2-4 years of experience helping delivering multi-channel digital campaigns.


  • Support the Paid Media Senior Specialist in planning, executing, and monitoring paid campaigns
  • Assist with keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
  • Measure and report performance of paid digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Constantly look for new ways to improve overall programs through new technology, tools, trends, and best practices
  • Stay updated on paid media best practices and platform changes

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, advertising, business, or related field

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or paid media

  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  • A background in investments, wealth management, or finance is a plus

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and other reporting platforms or the ability to learn and adapt to new marketing technologies
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and experience using Google Analytics
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM platforms; Google Ads certification is a plus
  • A self-starter and with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • An individual contributor who is passionate about building campaigns and clear test designs
  • Familiarity with project management and social media tools like Asana and Oktopost are a plus
  • Superior written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines; Works well in deadline-driven environment and stressful situations
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
