Job description

Job Summary:
CACI International Inc is a company focused on supporting critical missions for the Federal Government. The Business Systems Analyst will provide functional support for financial and acquisition systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform system testing to ensure application functionality meets customer needs.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Directly support the end user with reported issues in the financial and acquisition system.
โ€ข Troubleshoot to determine the source of system errors.
โ€ข Replicate the issues, determine the root cause and create and document a workaround/solution (if possible) and communicate it back to the end user.
โ€ข Maintain a working knowledge of customer systems and current Help Desk processes and procedures.
โ€ข Develop test scenarios and documentation.
โ€ข Perform validation testing.
โ€ข Configure system settings based on customer requirements.
โ€ข Find and log system defects using software tools, including steps required to repeat and track defects to closure.
โ€ข Develop subject matter expert
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข U.S. Citizen with a Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in related field and 1 to 2 years of experience implementing or supporting IT systems (additional four years of direct relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirement)
โ€ข Experience with IT systems functional analysis, requirements design, test development, and test execution
โ€ข Strong written and oral communications skills
โ€ข Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems
โ€ข Ability and initiative to set goals and execute
โ€ข Self-starter with initiative and aptitude to quickly learn and put new skills to use
โ€ข Willingness to work onsite in a secure facility
Preferred:
โ€ข Experience in troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis
โ€ข Experience with COTS Financial Management or Acquisition Systems
โ€ข Experience with CGI Momentum software
โ€ข Experience with DoD Financials
โ€ข Experience supporting DoD customers
โ€ข Basic ability to run SQL queries, develop queries and investigate data
