The Senior Systems Analyst must possess strong knowledge of accounting systems, financial reconciliations, and enterprise data environments. This role requires exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop innovative, out-of-the-box solutions to complex business challenges. The ideal candidate demonstrates agility in navigating rapid organizational and technological change, serves as a strong communicator and leader, and effectively advocates for business partner needs while driving system enhancements, process improvements, and operational excellence. Familiarity with NFCU core systems, financial data flows, and business processes impacting the TDP organization is highly desirable.

  • Naturally curious and driven to challenge traditional approaches by exploring new technologies, alternative methodologies, and creative problem-solving techniques.
  • Ability to successfully navigate rapidly changing priorities, evolving business requirements, and organizational transformation initiatives while maintaining focus on key deliverables.
  • Strong leadership and influence skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams, build consensus, and drive initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
