Salary: $73,050 - $116,875/Annually - Salary is Negotiable (Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.)

Responsible To: Gaming DTS Manager

Summary: The Business Systems Analyst will work with various IT teams and end users on Gaming & Hotel IT related projects & initiatives. This position is responsible for interacting with management to understand the business needs and provide an effective technology solution. This individual is expected to facilitate meetings to discuss end user requirements, status, issues, planning, training, design and implement software solutions to enhance business processes. This individual will possess the analytical skills to identify system failures and develop a root cause analysis, provide leadership on projects and train/mentor junior staff members. Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations.

Minimum Qualifications: Applicants please clearly state how you meet these qualifications on the application/resume.

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or closely related field to the targeted business application from an accredited college or university.
  • Five (5) years' experience in a Business System Analyst capacity in the following: system design and analysis in a business environment; as a project manager; in Business Process Redesign; in workflow analysis; with process improvement initiatives using process metrics; experience in software implementation and maintenance; experience in the targeted business area or technology solution; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
