Job description

A Business System Analyst acts as a subject matter expert for assigned Oracle Cloud modules and related enterprise systems, supporting implementation, enhancements, and continuous process improvement to drive organizational efficiency. This role partners with business and IT stakeholders to analyze needs, design solutions, and deliver high quality technology-enabled outcomes. While each Analyst supports a specific functional area, all Business System Analysts operate within a shared role framework and collaborate to ensure end to end Oracle ecosystem alignment.

The compensation for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.
 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Works with functional leaders, IT, and project teams to create Oracle Cloud Solutions with a creative mind and innovative focus. 
  • Coordinates and manages cross functional solution dependencies across all Oracle Cloud modules.  
  • Scopes and Architect functional solutions for customers, conduct requirements gathering sessions and creates documentation, aide end to end testing development and execution. 
  • Collaborates with communications and training teams to ensure Oracle Cloud modules updates are organized, well understood, and professionally delivered. 
  • Champions and leads an exceptional customer experience, using customer insights to identify and exceed customer needs.
     

What You'll Need for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, computer science or related field (MBA or Masters preferred) or a combination of experience.
  • Understanding of Oracle Supply Chain Cloud applications
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong competence in capturing and documenting business requirements.
  • Passionate approach to serving customers.
